Hi, I’m Queen, owner and lead nail artist of NailsByQueen89 LLC based in the Cleveland area. What began as a passion has grown into a purpose-driven business rooted in faith, creativity, and excellence. I believe God gave me this gift, and I steward it with intention — serving every client with care, integrity, and artistry. I specialize in luxury nail enhancements including structured gel, Gel-X, custom acrylics, couture designs, 3D florals, and crystal work. Whether you love clean, timeless styles or bold statement sets, my goal is to create nails that make you feel confident, beautiful, and seen. My studio was designed to feel peaceful and welcoming — a space where you can relax, recharge, and enjoy a moment of self-care. Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits apply toward the total service price. Remaining balance is due BEFORE the service is completed. Prices are locked at booking and are non-negotiable. Accepted Payment Methods Tap to Pay, Cash Zelle (preferred – no fee) Apple Pay or Cash App ($5 convenience fee applies) ⏰ LATE POLICY Please arrive on time to your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in: reduced services, removal of nail art, or cancellation if the service cannot be completed properly. Late cancellations result in loss of deposit. 📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-call / no-shows forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment for future appointments. ❌ NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY Deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel. Services are non-refundable once completed. Any concerns must be addressed before leaving the appointment. 💅 SERVICE STRUCTURE & TIERS Services are booked by tier, not inspiration photos alone. Nail art, length, and enhancements must align with the tier selected. Same-day downgrades are not permitted. Upgrades are subject to availability and may require rebooking. 🛠️ REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE Repairs are available for up to 3 nails only. Repairs involving 4 or more nails require booking a maintenance or full service. Maintenance services and soak-offs are offered on my work only. 🚫 ACRYLIC SERVICES Acrylic services are offered on healthy nails ONLY! No fungus, thin, swelling, bitten, broken skin, bleeding, or nail separation. I WILL NOT perform acrylic services if any above listed are present. 🤍 STUDIO BOUNDARIES Please arrive with clean, healthy nails and feet. Services may be refused if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. No extra guests or children unless previously approved. 🖤 FINAL NOTE Policies are in place to ensure a professional, consistent, and high-quality experience while protecting time, service quality, and artist health.
